Sandeep is the Owner and Center Director at Mathnasium of Tuscany, where he is dedicated to empowering students to build strong math foundations, develop problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in their mathematical abilities. Sandeep is passionate about making math understandable and enjoyable. Sandeep loves seeing the "light bulb" moment when students master concepts they once thought were difficult. He values strong community ties and works to partner with local schools and organizations to enrich student learning and success.
He enjoys connecting with learners and supporting educational growth, helping students not only improve their math skills, but also develop curiosity, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
Before becoming an entrepreneur and educational leader, Sandeep built a successful career in telecommunications, technology, retail, and the public sector. He holds an MBA from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business and a degree in computer science engineering.
