Alana opened the doors to Mathnasium of Kelowna in February 2021 and has been part of the Mathnasium community since 2016. She is passionate about helping students build confidence and self-efficacy by learning math in a way that truly makes sense to them.
She creates a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where emotional support is just as important as academic support. Alana hopes students leave Mathnasium empowered to contribute to their communities with strong work ethics, positive mindsets, and the confidence to seek help when needed.
Lindsay joined Mathnasium in April 2021 and holds a degree in Elementary Education from UBCO. With over 10 years of tutoring experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the learning centre.
She loves the Mathnasium Method™ because it builds deep understanding and lasting confidence in math, something not always possible in traditional classroom settings. Lindsay is proud to support students as they grow their skills and discover how math can be both accessible and rewarding.
