Darrell is a retired principal and math teacher with 34 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from San Diego State University.
Passionate about teaching and mathematics, Darrell believes the Mathnasium Method helps students build strong foundational skills and true understanding. Outside of work, he plays soccer with the South Vancouver Island Soccer Association and enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Jayme is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies and a certificate in ASL at the University of Victoria, with plans to attend law school.
She enjoys math for its problem-solving challenges and finds it rewarding to help students grasp difficult topics. Her favorite part of instructing is seeing students gain confidence. Outside of Mathnasium, Jayme enjoys climbing, running, hiking, and baking.
