Noah is the Centre Director at Mathnasium of Victoria and has been with the centre since it opened in 2020. As the oldest of three brothers in a large Portuguese family, he developed a love for helping others understand math and science.
He is currently in his fourth year studying Chemistry at the University of Victoria. In his spare time, Noah enjoys playing piano and having guitar jam sessions with friends. He is passionate about supporting students as they build confidence and develop a strong understanding of math.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in combined Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Victoria. She has been tutoring since 2019 and hopes to become a teacher in the future. Haley is passionate about helping students grow their confidence in math and enjoys making learning fun and meaningful.
Outside of Mathnasium, she loves to crochet, paint, bake, and explore Vancouver Island. Her goal is to share her love for math and expand her teaching skills while supporting students of all levels.
Fatemeh is pursuing her PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Victoria. Her passion for teaching is guiding her toward a career in higher education. Fatemeh especially enjoys working with children and finding creative ways to make math engaging.
She believes that learning should be both fun and challenging and that confidence grows through consistent support. Outside of her academic work, she enjoys organizing outings with friends, stargazing, and spending quiet evenings by the ocean. She is excited to help students succeed at Mathnasium.
