Kate is an experienced educator who believes deeply in the value of a strong education. Having worked as a classroom teacher, a Learning Strategist, and the Director of Teaching and Learning at an independent school in Toronto, she understands the importance of building a solid foundation in math.
Kate knows there are no shortcuts to understanding, which is why she believes so strongly in the Mathnasium Method. Dina Dimakis has been a dedicated member of the Mathnasium team for over five years, beginning her journey as an Instructor and progressing to Lead Instructor and now Assistant Centre Director. She holds a degree in Mathematics and brings both strong subject knowledge and hands-on teaching experience to her role. Dina is passionate about making math fun, engaging, and approachable for students of all ages. She takes pride in helping children build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and discover their potential in a supportive and encouraging learning environment

Yes, Mathnasium of Forest Hill offers both in-centre and online tutoring. All students receive live, face-to-face instruction from our caring tutors, no matter how they attend.
No. The experience is designed to be consistent across both formats.
Online students follow the same customized learning plans and work directly with the specially trained tutors they would meet at our Forest Hill centre.
Mathnasium of Forest Hill supports students in any K–12 math class or topic, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and advanced high school mathematics.
Our tutors design customized learning plans that help students build foundational skills, improve grades, and develop confidence in math.
Mathnasium of Forest Hill provides premium value through a flat monthly membership and a one-time enrolment fee. Most students attend two to three times per week.
