For Mathnasium to be effective we need to see our students 2 times per week.
Just like a sport, if you only practice once a week, you will merely maintain your current ability. However, if you practice consistently each week over several months, you will start to see a huge improvement in your confidence and progress forward!
First, visit: https://math-booking.appointy.com/math-time
Sign in with your email and the password you created for Appointy. If you forgot your password, no worries! Click the “Forget Password?” link at the bottom and you will receive an email to reset your password.
Second, choose the center you are booking your child’s session for, either “Mathnasium of Cathedral Heights [In-Center] for in-person sessions or “Mathnasium @Home” for virtual sessions.
To schedule a new appointment:
Click your desired date on the calendar.
Choose your preferred time.
If you have more than one student enrolled, choose the student for whom you are booking.
You may now select to “Repeat Booking” if you would like to set up recurring appointments.
Select Confirm to finalize your booking.
To view your schedule, reschedule appointments or cancel appointments:
After signing in, select “My Appointments” at the top of the page to see all upcoming sessions you have already scheduled.
To cancel a previously scheduled session, find the session you would like to make changes to from the list of My Appointments and click “Cancel”.
To reschedule a previously scheduled session, find the session you would like to make changes to from the list of My Appointments and click “Reschedule”.
Enter the new preferred date and time and click “Reschedule”
Note that you are unable to change the location through the reschedule function. If you are changing session locations, such as moving from in-center to online, you must completely cancel the session and book a new session at your preferred date and time for the other location.
Please note that any reschedules or cancellations must be done no later than 6 hours prior to your designated session time.
