Our specially trained math tutors support students of all skill levels excel in geometry, whether just starting out with basic geometric elements like lines and angles, or working through complex proofs and coordinate geometry.
We provide personalized, face-to-face instruction in a nurturing and fun environment, guiding students step by step through the concepts they need to master and building their confidence in the subject.
We teach geometry using the Mathnasium Method™, a proprietary and effective teaching approach designed to promote math mastery, including a deep understanding of geometry.
By combining personalized learning plans with interactive teaching techniques, we help students not only grasp essential geometry concepts but also enjoy the learning process.
Every student begins with a diagnostic assessment where we identify their current skill, find any gaps in understanding, and determine their learning goals. Using these insights, we create a personalized learning plan that puts them on the best path to geometry mastery.

Specially Trained and Caring Team
Ella Harris
Center Director
Ella began her mathematics educational journey around the age of 10 when her father taught her algebra. She went on to take every math course offered during grade school, double majored in Mathematics and High School Education for her undergraduate studies, and achieved a Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Her decades of tutoring and teaching experiences have honed Ella’s natural talents for math education and made her an expert in identifying students’ learning styles and adjusting her approach to help them succeed. At Mathnasium, Ella is excited to combine her passion for mathematics with her love of helping students build confidence and understanding!
Ella identifies as a lifelong learner, and continues to take graduate courses in mathematics and statistics. When not pursuing math-related extracurriculars, she can be found reading, watching movies, spending time with her family and friends, or possibly at a Chiefs game!
Benjamin
Instructor
Benjamin is a sophomore at MCC, and is pursuing an associates in engineering. Math is one of his favorite things, and he loves having the ability to share his knowledge with others!
Favorite Number: 3 (because trigonometry is one of my favorite subjects, and triangles are all about 3's)
A Fun Fact about Benjamin: I enjoy folding origami. My favorite projects are the ones that take many different pieces and delicate precision.
Whether they would like to attend sessions in-center or online, students can take 3 easy steps to enroll at Mathnasium.
All students begin their Mathnasium journey with a diagnostic assessment that pinpoints what they already know and the geometry concepts they still need to learn.

We don’t rely on a standard curriculum. Instead, we use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary, proven teaching approach that begins with a diagnostic assessment to evaluate each student’s current skills and learning gaps.
Using insights from the assessment, we develop a personalized learning plan that guides each student through essential geometry topics at their own pace.
Our tutors provide face-to-face instruction in a caring and fun group environment, using a variety of strategies—visual, verbal, tactile, and written—to make complex ideas clear and approachable.
We begin with a diagnostic assessment to discover current learning gaps. From there, we create a personalized learning plan that breaks down challenging topics into manageable parts and builds confidence through step-by-step instruction.
