James holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Durham University and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working at MHA MacIntyre Hudson where he specialised in audit, accounts, and corporate finance.
Having struggled with maths as a child, James recognises the importance of understanding the core principles of mathematics and the career opportunities that can follow. He is enthusiastic about helping children understand maths so they have the confidence to realise their potential.
James is a keen sportsman and enjoys watching rugby (provided England are winning!). He also enjoys battling his age in a 5-a-side football league.
Rojina holds a Undergraduate degree in international politics. Her degree has helped her know all bout breaking down complex ideas and explaining them clearly which is how we guide our students in the centre. She has always had a passion for maths and loves watching others achieve their goals. She is driven by the belief that everyone can understand and enjoy maths. She has always worked in fields with children and finds helping them achieve their dreams very fulfilling. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling , her favourite holiday destination being Albania and she has a passion for fashion.
Jess is a proud graduate of the London School of Economics. She began her Mathnasium journey as the Centre Manager at Mathnasium of Ealing, where she developed a deep passion for helping students grow in confidence and ability through maths. A long-time fan of the Mathnasium Method, Jess is now focused on supporting centres across the region in delivering outstanding experiences for families and driving continued growth. Outside of Mathnasium, Jess enjoys socialising with her friends and watching tv.
Alaiya learned to revel in the challenge of problem-solving while studing Maths at A Level. She is now reading Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Alaiya is passionate about inspiring children with confidence and fostering a love of learning. Outside of her academic work, she loves to bake and experiment with new recipes in her spare time.
Sunny holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from King’s College London. With a love for problem-solving and a passion for child development and organisational change, she pursued a career in private education. Her experience teaching various year groups and working in customer service deepened her interest in helping children learn and grow. Now at Mathnasium, Sunny is excited to help boost students’ confidence in a positive learning environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and reading.
Isabella is curently completing her A Levels at Dame Alice Owen's School. She is studying maths, further maths, physics and computer science. She loves maths and wants to help others enjoy it too. Outside of school she plays both gaelic football and rugby.
Leo is currently studying Maths and Further Maths at Dame Alice Owen's, alongside Physics and Chemistry. He is very passionate about mathematics, and is a 4x Gold Award achiever in the National Maths Challenge. Leo hopes to study Maths at university next year. Just as he loves teaching maths, Leo also loves Mansfield Town FC!
Eli is a fun focused instructor who enjoys tackling challenging questions and assisting the students through any problems they struggle with. Eli is currently studying Aerospace Engineering and outside of the classroom he follows football and rugby whilst playing for his university team in ultimate frisbee.
Alex is currently on a gap year and is planning on studying mathematics at university! In his spare time he likes to hike trails as former explorer scout. He really enjoys maths and showing others the fun in it
