Before taking the reins as Centre Manager, Raj spent years in insurance, so she knows a thing or two about numbers that really matter. She's swapped policies for problem-solving, bringing the same sharp eye for detail to running the centre and helping students build real maths confidence. Organised, approachable, and always keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
René swapped a career in finance for something even more rewarding, watching students go from "I just don't get it" to genuinely loving maths. As owner of the centre, he's just as likely to be found mentoring an instructor as he is celebrating a student's breakthrough moment. Sharp with numbers, driven by the mission, and still gets a kick out of every "aha!" he sees.
Ismail swapped writing code for cracking equations, bringing a computer science graduate's love of logic (and the odd cheeky algorithm joke) to every session. He's brilliant at breaking problems down into bite-sized steps, whether it's fractions or functions. When he's not debugging a maths mistake, he's probably debugging actual code.
Haile has a strong foundation in applied mathematics and has many years of teaching programming and data analysis!
Adam brings a wealth of experience working with SEN students, so he's a dab hand at finding the approach that clicks for every learner, whatever their starting point. Patient, encouraging, and endlessly good at spotting the "aha!" moment before the student does, he makes sure no one gets left behind on the road to mastering maths. Numbers might be tricky, but with Adam they never feel scary.
One of the true OGs of the centre, Pavel's been part of the furniture long enough to have taught half of Milton Keynes their times tables (slight exaggeration, but not by much). Currently studying economics at Warwick, he brings a phenomenal knack for making maths click, no matter how long a student's been stuck. Experienced, dependable, and quietly one of the best in the business.
David brings bags of confidence and an easy rapport with kids that makes even the trickiest maths problem feel approachable. He's the instructor who turns "I don't get it" into "wait, I've got this!", cheering students on every step of the way. Calm under pressure and quick with encouragement, he's a firm favourite at the centre.
Eva brings a natural head for numbers that's already pointing her towards a future in economics. She's got a knack for making maths feel less like a chore and more like a puzzle worth solving, which might explain why she's such a firm favourite with students and staff alike. Warm, sharp, and always up for a challenge.
Mish has a gift for taking the most baffling concepts and breaking them down until they just click, no jargon, no fuss, just clarity. Great fun to be around and always ready with a laugh, Mish makes maths feel like something to actually enjoy rather than endure. Students leave sessions feeling like they've cracked the code, because with Mish, they usually have.
Ayla brings a cool, calm and collected energy to every session, the kind that turns maths panic into maths confidence. Nothing seems to faze her, whether it's a stubborn algebra problem or a student having an off day, she just steadies the ship and gets on with it. She leaves students feeling like the problem was never as scary as it looked.
Aryan pairs a seriously sharp maths brain with a totally chilled-out approach, nothing ruffles him, and that calm rubs off on his students too. He's the instructor who makes tricky topics feel manageable, breaking things down without ever making a big deal of it. Smart, steady, and always good value in a session.
Evie brings bubbly, infectious energy to every session. She's got a knack for keeping things light while still getting the work done, so students end up smiling and understanding fractions in equal measure. A ray of sunshine on the instructor team.
As an ex-secondary school teacher, Thomas already knows how to hold a classroom's attention, though these days he mostly just needs to stand up, being the tallest instructor on the team has its perks. He brings proper teaching pedigree and a steady, experienced hand to every session, making sure students get the structure and support they need. Tall in height, taller still in patience.
