• Where is Mathnasium of Aliana located?

  Mathnasium of Aliana is located at 10505 W Grand Parkway South, Suite 130, in Richmond, TX. We’re just north of W Airport Blvd, next to First Watch Restaurant and near McDonald’s. Our location is easy to access and offers ample parking for busy families. 

  We proudly serve students from Aliana, Sugar Land, and Richmond. Local schools include:

• Do you offer online tutoring?

  Yes, Mathnasium of Aliana offers both in-center and online tutoring. Students receive face-to-face instruction in a supportive and engaging group environment, guided by the same caring tutors whether they attend online or in person.

• Is there a difference between online and in-person tutoring?

  No, students who attend Mathnasium of Aliana online receive the same personalized learning plans and face-to-face instruction as they would in our center. The experience and quality of support are consistent across both formats.

• What math classes can your Aliana tutors help with?

  We help students learn and master any math class or topic, from Pre-K through high school, including arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, and more advanced subjects. 

  Our specially trained tutors help students build solid foundational skills, improve their grades, and gain confidence in math.

• What does mathematics tutoring cost at Mathnasium of Aliana?

  We offer math-only tutoring through a flat monthly membership. Most students attend 2–3 times per week. After your child’s assessment, we’ll design a personalized learning plan with a recommended frequency of sessions to support their success.

• Is there a difference between the cost of online and in-center math tutoring at Mathnasium of Aliana?

  No, membership pricing is the same whether students attend sessions online, in person, or use a hybrid approach.

• Why do you require an assessment for enrollment at Mathnasium of Aliana?

  Each student begins their Mathnasium journey with a diagnostic assessment that helps us identify their current skill level, learning gaps, and academic goals. This enables us to create a personalized learning plan tailored to their needs.

• How do you teach math? What curriculum do you use?

  At Mathnasium of Aliana, we use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach that combines personalized learning plans with proven instructional strategies and face-to-face instruction in a caring group environment. 

  We build on what each student knows, introduce new concepts step by step, and help them develop solid foundational skills and confidence in math.

• Do you work with advanced students or with students who are struggling with math?

  Yes! We support students of all skill levels.  

  Students who are behind in class benefit from targeted, personalized instruction and confidence-building encouragement, while advanced learners thrive in enrichment programs that stretch their thinking and challenge them with new concepts.

• Do you work with homeschooled students in Aliana?

  Absolutely! We support students from homeschool, public, and private school backgrounds across Aliana, Sugar Land, Richmond, and surrounding communities. 

• Do you help students with their math homework?

  Yes, our tutors make time during each session to help students with their math homework and ensure they understand the material they’re covering in school.

• Does Mathnasium assign homework to students?

  No, all instruction and learning take place during sessions at the center or online. We do not assign additional homework so students can stay focused and make meaningful progress while they’re with us.

• Do you prepare students for standardized tests?

  Yes, we help students prepare for standardized and school-based math tests, including state assessments, ACT®, and SAT®. Our test prep includes personalized learning plans, targeted practice, and strategies to build skills and test-taking confidence.
