Tyler is a UNLV graduate with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. Ever since he was young, he has always loved puzzles, problem-solving, and math. From the moment he started attending pre-school, Tyler always wanted to lend a helping hand to his classmates. Whether that help was learning to count, or explaining Deterministic Finite Automatons to his college peers, he has always had an affinity for teaching others. Tyler is currently seeking to become an Officer for the United States Air Force. Some of Tyler’s hobbies include soccer and pickleball, spending time with his dog, playing the drums, logic puzzles, and playing rhythm games as a top player.
Marissa is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is pursuing a major in electrical engineering and a minor in mathematics. She has had a passion for math since she was young and hopes to teach others math in a way that will help them not only understand it, but appreciate it as well. While Marissa enjoys math, she also has many other passions such as reading, listening to music, and playing the cello. :)
My name is Alexander. I enjoy studying Mathematics and Economics. In my spare time, I enjoy bowling, reading, and playing VGC Pokémon. My current goal is to get accepted into a good Law Program.
I am Cristina, originally from Fort Worth, TX, where I taught for 7 years. I've been in Vegas for one year officially. I've taught 6th-grade Math to Geometry with SAT prep as well, and I really enjoy helping my students make those math connections.
Hello, my name is Anthony. I have a passion for the gymnastics rings because I like working with leverage and being able to move myself through the air. For the same reason, I don't want to train my legs. Math is useful for that, too.
My name is Analeia. I am a senior in high school, and in my free time I love to read, bake, and listen to music. I also love dance and circus arts! Math is an important subject to me because it is nuanced and applicable everywhere. So, I am so excited to work at Mathnasium and help foster in students a love for learning and math!
My name is Jackson, and I am currently a math major at UNLV, class of 2026. I chose to be an instructor because I have a passion for sharing the overlooked subtleties that translate math from foreign to second nature. There is no greater satisfaction than accomplishing a challenging task, but it can be equally as fulfilling to guide others to this same goal. Passion is of utmost importance when teaching, for you cannot share what you do not have.
