Jodi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. She also earned her secondary teaching certificate and is a certified gifted instructor.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jodi has taught everything from 8th grade math to IB Math Studies. She loves seeing the moment a concept “clicks” for students and believes that every learner can thrive with the right tools, patience, and encouragement.
Lauren earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, focusing on Mathematics Education and Psychology. Her coursework in Calculus, Differential Equations, and Statistics helped her develop a deep understanding of how students learn math best.
Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has inspired students to approach math with curiosity and confidence. She believes that math should challenge and excite rather than intimidate, and she takes pride in helping students transform frustration into genuine understanding and enjoyment.
