Archi is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Mira Mesa/Scripps Ranch. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Environmental Engineering, and a PMP Certificate. Having struggled with math growing up, she’s passionate about helping students understand math in ways that make sense to them.
She especially enjoys teaching Calculus and Statistics and has tutored students of all ages. Archi is dedicated to bringing the Mathnasium Method to her community. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in local schools and spending time with her husband and two children.
Ana holds a B.S. in Criminology and Justice Studies with a minor in Sociology from California State University San Marcos. With over a decade of experience teaching math, she specializes in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and high school Integrated Math.
She also has a background in SAT/ACT prep and college admissions support. Having once struggled with math herself, Ana loves helping students build confidence and enjoy learning. She believes in the power of personalized instruction and the Mathnasium Method. In her free time, Ana enjoys hiking, the gym, local restaurants, and San Diego’s beaches.
Andy earned a B.S. in Mathematics with minors in Chemistry and Education. He has over six years of tutoring experience and teaches math from elementary through college levels. His favorite subjects are Calculus, Combinatorics, and Topology.
Andy once struggled with math and only excelled after rebuilding his foundation in college. This gives him a unique ability to recognize when students are missing key concepts and guide them to understanding. He enjoys helping students grow confident in their skills and succeed with support tailored to their needs.
Justin is pursuing a B.A. in Physics with minors in Mathematics and Spatial Studies. A Poway High School graduate, he has always appreciated math for its logic and universal application.
He’s passionate about helping students feel less intimidated by math and more excited to learn. Justin’s goal is to make math approachable, understandable, and rewarding. Outside of Mathnasium, he enjoys hiking, biking, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
Katelyn is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at San Diego State University. She has always loved math and enjoys sharing that passion with students at Mathnasium.
She previously tutored in the Miramar College Math Lab and enjoys teaching topics like Calculus and solving complex math problems. Katelyn brings patience and enthusiasm to each session. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time at the beach.
