Naveen Bansal holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh and currently is a Wehr Endowed professor at Marquette University. He has been passionate about math since his childhood and loves to teach math as a hobby and in his profession. He believes that it is the frame of mind that determines a child's ability to understand math (or any other subject). Fortunately, every child can be repositioned with a frame of mind in order to learn math in the correct way. He is married to Anu Bansal and has two grown-up kids.
Hello! My name is Caroline Mohr. I received a Bachelor's in Biochemistry and a Master's degree in Public Health at UW-Madison. During my graduate studies, I was a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry. I learned that I love to help students reason their way through complex concepts, and watching their eyes light up when they finally understand a problem on their own terms. This passion is what led me to Mathnasium of New Berlin. I look forward to contributing to the positive, encouraging environment that Mathnasium already cultivates—and learning alongside your family along the way!
Hi! My name is Elizabeth Hilber, and I'm a freshman at Alverno College this year. My major is Elementary and Middle Education. I graduated from New Berlin Eisenhower High School where I achieved the high honor roll and summa cum laude. I have always loved helping my friends and classmates in all subjects, especially math. My dream is to work with kids and help them learn their full potential. In my free time, I love reading and playing or watching sports.
Hi, I'm Sylvia, a New Berlin Eisenhower High School junior. I'm passionate about helping students understand and discover the joys of mathematics, and I look forward to collaborating with them to help build their confidence and skills. In the future, I hope to continue my mathematics learning in a STEM-related field. While not studying, I enjoy playing piano and getting lost in a good book. I can't wait to share my love of math with others and help them succeed!
I have attached the picture of me, and I would like to use this as my description: “Hi, my name is Lukas, and I am currently a junior in high school. I chose to become a Mathnasium Instructor because I truly enjoy math and helping others succeed. I am currently enrolled in AP Pre-Calculus and have consistently earned A’s or higher in all of my previous math classes. I also have experience working with kids, including volunteering as a counselor-in-training at a summer camp, where I developed strong communication and leadership skills. I look forward to sharing my passion for math and helping students build confidence in their abilities.”
Hello! My name is Belgutei, and I’m a junior at New Berlin Eisenhower. I'm a high honor roll student and part of the National Honor Society and the French Honor Society. I've always liked math since I was a kid, and I'm currently taking AP Calculus AB. I've always thought that math would supplement my goal of majoring in computer science, so I'm happy to be working at the Mathnasium of New Berlin. I look forward to working with you and helping Math support your future!
Hi! I'm Meenakshi Pradeep, and I'm excited to be an instructor at the same Mathnasium center where I was once a student. As a 17-year-old, I know how important it is to make math engaging and fun, and I'm here to help your students build confidence in their skills. Outside of teaching, I love to dance and sing, and I'm working toward a future career in science or medicine. Math has always been a big part of my life, and I'm thrilled to share that passion with others. I'm dedicated to making math less intimidating and more approachable for every student.
I look forward to working with you and making math something to enjoy!
