Decker is originally from Norman, OK. He earned his B.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma. While completing his degree, he discovered that his true passion lies in teaching rather than coding.
Decker enjoys creating an encouraging environment where students feel empowered to succeed. He believes in the life-changing impact of positive reinforcement and is dedicated to helping students find both confidence and community through math.

Derek Lariviere is a retired Army Ranger Medic, He has a long history of coaching and teaching since 2002. He’s also a former ultra runner, youth coach, and a dedicated volunteer in the community.
Derek is passionate about helping students build confidence through math. As a father of three daughters, he’s committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and discover their potential.
Alexander Ivanov
Lead Instructor
Alexander is currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics at the University of Oklahoma, with plans to work as a data analyst for the NSA after graduation.
Alexander brings a deep love for problem-solving and analytical thinking to his work with students. In his spare time, he enjoys chess, competitive video games, and reading—and even shares his home with a pet boa constrictor named Stanley.

Eloise is a junior at Norman North High School and an active member of the speech and debate team. Eloise was a Mathnasium student for eight years before joining the team as an instructor.
She brings energy, empathy, and firsthand experience to every session, and she loves helping students grow more confident in math while building meaningful connections along the way.
Emma Stogner
Instructor
Emma is a senior Biomedical Engineering major at the University of Oklahoma. She also works as an undergraduate research assistant, conducting studies on nanogels in the BME lab.
Emma applies her problem-solving mindset to teaching, helping students break down complex topics and gain confidence. She especially enjoys guiding students through those “aha!” moments when math finally clicks.
