Brady is a student at Arizona State University–Tempe who has a strong passion for learning and problem-solving. One of his favorite experiences was being part of a team that built a transonic model rocket from scratch—an achievement that perfectly reflects his curiosity and love of applied math and science.
In his free time, Brady enjoys learning new math concepts, cooking, and going to the gym. He’s excited to work at Mathnasium because he loves helping students understand concepts they once found confusing. What he appreciates most about math is that there’s always something new to learn, and each new idea builds on everything that came before.
Cole is a junior at Arizona State University, majoring in Applied Mathematics. With a deep passion for math and data, he enjoys exploring complex problems and developing AI data models.
Originally from Cleveland, OH (go Browns!), Cole is always ready to bring his analytical mindset to help students succeed in math. In his free time, he loves listening to his favorite band, Cold War Kids. Cole is excited to help students strengthen their math skills and develop a love for problem-solving!
Ella is a freshman at Desert Mountain High School with a strong enthusiasm for learning, especially math. She enjoys helping her peers develop their math skills and feels excited to be a part of their academic growth at Mathnasium.
When she’s not studying or tutoring, Ella loves playing tennis, reading, and listening to her favorite music, especially hits from the ’70s and ’80s. Her thoughtful and encouraging approach helps make math fun and accessible for every student she works with.
Lan graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has spent the last 20 years dedicated to homeschooling and educating students of all ages. She has taught PSAT/SAT Math Prep courses for the Fountain Hills Christian Home Educators Group and brings valuable experience from her time at Mathnasium of Scottsdale.
With a love for gardening and creating healthy meals, Lan balances her technical background with creativity and care. She has a strong passion for helping students who fear math, guiding them toward confidence and success through patience, encouragement, and clear explanations.
