  Mathnasium of Spokane South is located at 2829 E. 29th Avenue, Suite A, in the Lincoln Heights Shopping Center, between Trader Joe's and Petco. The shopping center is at the intersection of 29th Avenue and Regal Street and offers plenty of parking and family-friendly amenities, making drop-off and pick-up easy and convenient.

• Do you offer online tutoring?

  Yes, Mathnasium of Spokane South offers both in-center and online tutoring. Students receive face-to-face instruction in a supportive group environment, guided by the same caring tutors whether they attend online or in person.

• Is there a difference between online and in-person tutoring?

  No, students who choose online sessions receive the same personalized learning plans and face-to-face instruction as they would in person. The learning experience and results are consistent across both formats.

• What math classes can your Spokane South tutors help with?

  We help students learn and master any math class or topic for grades K–12 and some college-level math. That includes arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, and more advanced courses.

  We offer math-only tutoring through a flat monthly membership. Most students attend 2–3 times per week. After the assessment, we’ll design a personalized learning plan with a recommended session frequency to support your child’s goals.

  No, membership pricing is the same whether students attend sessions online, in person, or use a hybrid format.

• Why do you require an assessment for enrollment at Mathnasium of Spokane South?

  Each student begins the enrollment process with a diagnostic assessment that helps us understand their current skill level and academic goals. This allows us to create a personalized learning plan tailored specifically to their needs.

• How do you teach math? What curriculum do you use?

  At Mathnasium of Spokane South, we do not follow a fixed curriculum. We use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach that combines personalized learning plans with proven instructional techniques and face-to-face teaching in a fun, engaging group setting. 

  We build on what each student already understands, introduce new concepts step by step, and guide them toward lasting confidence and mastery in math.

  Yes! Our specially trained tutors support students of all skill levels.

• Does Mathnasium assign homework to students?

  No, all instruction happens during the sessions—whether online or in person. We do not assign additional homework so students can focus on making meaningful progress while they’re with us.
